Not all electrolyte drinks are formulated with travel in mind.

MACH was created by two active airline pilots who wanted to develop more than a basic electrolyte drink. We combined electrolytes with carefully selected ingredients designed around the different demands of flying — ELEVATE for the journey and RESTORE for after the journey.

ELECTROLYTES
Electrolytes such as sodium and potassium are essential minerals involved in normal body functions. We use them as the foundation of ELEVATE to support everyday hydration during travel.

TAURINE
Taurine is a naturally occurring amino-sulfonic compound found in the body and involved in a number of normal physiological processes. We selected taurine as part of ELEVATE’s broader formulation rather than relying on electrolytes alone.

L-THEANINE
L-theanine is an amino acid naturally found in tea leaves. We include it as part of ELEVATE’s carefully considered daytime formulation.

GINGER EXTRACT
Ginger is a familiar botanical ingredient with a long history of use. We selected ginger extract as an additional component of ELEVATE’s travel-focused formulation.

ESSENTIAL VITAMINS
ELEVATE also contains selected essential vitamins, bringing additional nutritional value to the formula alongside its electrolyte and functional ingredients.

MAGNESIUM BISGLYCINATE
Magnesium is an essential mineral that contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. We use magnesium bisglycinate as part of RESTORE’s evening-focused formulation.

GLYCINE
Glycine is an amino acid naturally produced by the body and found in protein-containing foods. We selected glycine as part of RESTORE’s carefully considered post-flight formulation.

LEMON BALM EXTRACT
Lemon balm is a botanical ingredient selected specifically for RESTORE’s evening-focused formulation, alongside glycine, L-theanine and magnesium.

L-THEANINE
L-theanine is included in RESTORE as part of the wider combination of ingredients chosen for the post-flight routine.

Simply mix one sachet into 300–500ml of water. Use the Focus & Hydrate formula prior to departure or during daytime flight hours when you need to stay alert and hydrated. Take the Wind Down formula 30–60 minutes before you plan to sleep on an evening flight or upon settling into your hotel. Q2: Can I take both formulas on the same long-haul journey? Yes, they are designed as a complete day-to-night travel system. Many passengers take Focus & Hydrate during the first half of a long-haul flight, then switch to Wind Down when preparing for rest before landing. Always follow the recommended daily intake on each packet. Q3: Are these sachets compliant with airport security rules? Yes. Our supplements come in individual dry powder sachets, making them completely compliant with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and international liquid restrictions. You can take them through security empty-handed and mix them with water once airside or on board. Q4: Will the daytime Focus formula make me feel jittery or anxious? Not at all. The Focus & Hydrate formula is 100% caffeine-free.
